We aim to make the process simple, fast, and reliable — from the moment you place your order to when your prints arrive at your door.

Delivery Information

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are usually printed and dispatched the same day.

Standard Delivery

  • 1–2 working days via tracked courier
  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched

Express Delivery
Need it fast? Choose our express option at checkout for next working day delivery.

Packaging

We take care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.

  • Rolled prints are sent in strong postal tubes
  • Folded prints are packed flat in secure, document-safe envelopes
  • All packaging is clearly labelled and professionally sealed

Returns & Refunds

Because all prints are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or customer artwork errors.

However, if there is a fault with your order, we’ll put it right.

We will reprint or refund if:

  • Your prints are damaged in transit (please provide photos within 48 hours of receipt)
  • We’ve made a mistake (e.g. wrong size, print error, or missing pages)

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Files submitted at the wrong scale, orientation, or with design/layout errors
  • Colour variation due to low-resolution files or RGB/CMYK mismatch
  • Customer-supplied artwork with typos, layout issues, or incorrect formatting

How to Report an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order:

  1. Email us at info@planprintingexpress.co.uk within 48 hours
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We’ll assess and offer a resolution — reprint, refund, or partial credit where appropriate
